Hi I’m Keith Colby,
A Movement, Strength, and Mind-Body Specialist.
Long story short, I started out in the physical training space way back in 1996. From decades of experience working with people from all walks of life and observing myself, I slowly started to see that we can be doing all the best physical practices, methods, various techniques, going to all the top practioners in various fields etc, and still be having issues that we just can’t seem to resolve. How come? This got me more curious and interested in the mind-body connection and how the non-physical is just as important as the physical.
During this long journey I’ve had the great fortune of being mentored by and learning from some of the best practitioners, coaches, and therapists in the world through a wide variety of fields including:

I hold a degree in exercise science, am a Fellow of Applied Functional Science with the prestigious Gray Institute, Applied Movement Neurology (AMN Academy), Z-Health, Rob Brinded MasterlessMeditation, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, was voted one of ”America’s Top 100 Personal Trainers” by Mens Journal Magazine, won a readers choice award for “Best Fitness Instructor” and have been featured in the Boston Herald.
I really enjoy working with people from all walks of life.
