With nearly three decades in the fitness industry since 1996, I've discovered that true wellness extends far beyond physical training. While working with clients from all backgrounds, I observed that even those following the best practices and working with top practitioners sometimes struggled with unresolved issues. This led me to explore the crucial mind-body connection and understand how our mental and emotional states are just as important as our physical condition.
