What is AMN Therapy?

AMN (Applied Movement Neurolgy) is a gentle, non-invasive, healing system based on an understanding that our brain and body functions like an electrical system or battery that has a positive and negative charge.

When we’re experiencing body ailments, health issues, etc., there are often times specific areas of the brain, brainstem, autonomic nervous system, various other systems, organs, glands, and tissues that have increased tension or charge within them.

So the idea with AMN therapy is to uncover these often times unconscious areas of dysfunction and improve the communication pathways between your brain and body.

Ultimately so it can start receiving some of the resources it needs to self organize, improve function, and heal itself.

What are the Benefits?

These sessions can help with getting rid of nagging aches and pain, so that you can participate in your life without having to stop because something hurts.

They also can help start to remove unconscious tension patterns from your body and nervous system, so you can enjoy living with more ease and balance leaving your excess tension behind.

What are some specific things AMN Therapy has helped?

Vertigo, trigeminal neuralgia, occipital neuralgia, TBI (traumatic brain injury), long standing and acute musculosketal complaints and injuries, pelvic floor dysfunction, difficulty sleeping, balance problems, TMJ/jaw issues, emotional stress and trauma, breathing difficulties, and more!

How long does it take?

Generally speaking the goal is to get you out of pain within the first 4-6 sessions. We will then work to calibrate the asymmetries and imbalances that fed in to your pain in the first place, or have arisen because of it.

You will also learn the relevant flexibility, mobility and muscle activation strategies to improve the function of your body, which can be utilised long after our work together is complete.

The general program is designed for us to work together a maximum of three times per week for approximately four weeks.

Keith only takes on a select number of clients x month that are a good fit so spaces are extremely limited.

Please note that older individuals, complicated health and injury histories, various health conditions, people with very busy lifestyles and high demands, may take longer. In my experience these individuals usually need consistent work over the long term because there’s usually always something that needs some help and attention.

If you can't physically get to Keith, don't worry, AMN therapy is also available online, using skype or facetime from anywhere in the world.

So please fill out and submit the form below, I’ll send you and application where you can tell me more about you, and we’ll see if we’re a good fit. thank you!
