Keith Colby is a movement monkey, energy ninja, strength and health expert who has been in the health and fitness industry since 1996.  Keith is known for being an information hound and prides himself on his unconventional methods that support a high running metabolism, health, longevity, pain relief, physiological and physical body function.

Keith has committed his life to seeking out the truths to vibrant health, longevity, and having a high metabolism. His own personal journey and experience has become the foundation of his teachings and has helped him better understand why sustainable health is not found through quick fix fad diets, 30-60-90 day weight loss programs and over-exercising. But instead by increasing metabolism by consuming the right stuff, moving more, exercising less, getting enough sleep/rest, and having a better understanding where our moment to moment experience comes from.

Through his ongoing and always evolving research, reading, and personal experiences Keith has discovered that a high running metabolism combined with an understanding of where the human experience comes from is the basic foundation to health and well being. As an author, mentor, and teacher he coaches people from all walks of life on how to improve their health through nourishment, movement, mindset, and rest.

Keith holds a degree in exercise science, is a Fellow of Applied Functional Science with the prestigious Gray Institute, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, was voted one of  ”America’s Top 100 Personal Trainers”  by Mens Journal Magazine, won a readers choice award for “Best Fitness Instructor” and has been featured in the Boston Herald.
